All services are currently offered virtually, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
2. What types of therapy do you provide?
We provide individual, couples, family, and trauma-informed therapy. My approach is client-centered and integrates evidence-based practices such as EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy to support healing and emotional growth.
3.What is EMDR therapy?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based approach used to help process and heal from past experiences. It allows individuals to reduce the emotional impact of difficult memories and move forward with greater clarity and stability.
4.Do we accept insurance?
Yes, we accept several major insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Coverage may vary, so it’s recommended to verify your benefits prior to scheduling. Before your consultation, please verify your insurance benefits.
5. What are the session rates?
Individual therapy sessions are approximately $150, and couples sessions range from $180 and EMDR $200. A free 45-minute consultation may be available to help determine the best fit for your needs.
6.Difference between therapy &coaching?
Therapy focuses on emotional healing, mental health, and processing past experiences.
Coaching is forward-focused and supports goal-setting, clarity, and personal or professional growth. Together, these services offer a well-rounded approach to healing and development depending on your needs.

8.How do we get started?
You can begin by scheduling a consultation or submitting a contact form. Appointments are scheduled through Simple Practice , The system allows booking up to 2 months in advance and no later than 3 days before the requested time. During this time, we’ll discuss your needs and determine the best path forward for your care.
9.What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must occur within 48 hours of the scheduled session or a fee will apply.
10.Do you offer services beyond therapy?
Yes. In addition to therapy, we offer consulting and coaching services for individuals and organizations. This includes leadership development, program support, trauma-informed practices, and professional growth.
11.How often will we need sessions?
Session frequency is personalized based on your needs and goals. Some clients meet weekly, while others may meet biweekly or as needed.
12.Is therapy confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential, with the exception of legal and ethical limitations which will be discussed during your intake process.
