Practice Policies & Expectations 

Welcome to Season of Change. The following policies are intended to help create a supportive,  respectful, and consistent experience for all clients. 

Scheduling 

Appointment requests may be submitted up to 2 months in advance and no later than 3 days  before your preferred appointment time. 

For example, if you would like a Friday appointment at 11:00 AM, the request must be submitted  no later than Tuesday at 11:00 AM. 

Consultations 

Consultations are designed to help determine whether the practice and services are a good fit for  your needs. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee services or establish a  therapeutic relationship. 

Telehealth Services 

Services are currently provided through secure telehealth platforms for residents located in  approved service areas. 

Clients are encouraged to attend sessions in a private, quiet, and confidential space to support the  therapeutic process. 

Cancellation Policy 

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session  time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. 

Communication 

Season of Change values clear and respectful communication. Non-urgent communication may  occur through secure electronic systems used by the practice.
